Salami and Ricotta Crostini
This simple recipe is really pretty to look at and tastes great. The bread is crunchy, the cheese is creamy, the salami-salty, making this little bite full of flavour.
1 recipe Crostini
2 cups ricotta cheese
coarse sea salt
pepper, freshly cracked
15 thin slices Genoa salami, halved (~ 3 oz)
Dividing evenly, spread crostini with ricotta cheese; season with salt and pepper.
Top with salami.
