Salami and Ricotta Crostini

1 recipe Crostini
2 cups ricotta cheese
coarse sea salt
pepper, freshly cracked
15 thin slices Genoa salami, halved (~ 3 oz)

Dividing evenly, spread crostini with ricotta cheese; season with salt and pepper.

Top with salami.
