Ice Maker’s Punch (Saskatoon)

This boozy punch, served in a bowl or a pail, is a Saskatoon curling-club favourite, perfect for the social sport - and your next backyard gathering.

40 oz rye (1.25 L)
40 oz rum (1.25 L)
40 oz vodka (1.25 L)
40 oz Southern Comfort (1.25 L)
8 cups brewed coffee (2 L)
16 cups ice cream (4 L)
16 cups cola (4 L)
1 bag ice

In very large bowl or clean pail with lid, mix together rye, rum, vodka, Southern Comfort, coffee, ice cream, cola and ice. Let ferment overnight.

Stir. Serve in glasses with ice. Add scoop of ice cream, if desired.
