Dipping Sauces

These quick and easy dipping sauces can be used for anything that you would like to serve up.

Sweet and Spicy Dipping Sauce:
½ cup orange marmalade
2 tsp. stone ground mustard
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper or red chilli flakes

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
¼ cup pure honey
¼ cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. white distilled vinegar
⅛ tsp. ground cayenne pepper

BBQ Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. Honey BBQ Sauce

Cocktail Sauce (Seafood Sauce):
½ cup ketchup
1½ Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 clove garlic, minced
3-4 dashes hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight jar.
