Matcha Butter

Matcha Butter is a blend of matcha green tea and butter. It has a distinctive flavour that is versatile enough for use in cooking chicken, fish and vegetables or topping muffins, toast or bagels.

1½ Tbsp. butter, room temperature
1-2 tsp. matcha green tea powder (depending on desired strength)
sea salt
sugar

Mix all ingredients with a fork until thoroughly blended.

Store refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to use.
