Rosemary Butter with Orange

rosemaryorangebutterUse this butter on a whole-grain bread, your favourite muffins, or on slices of orange cake.

1 lb butter, at room temperature
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1-2 Tbsp. rosemary blossoms
1 tsp. orange zest, freshly grated

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until the desired texture is reached.

Shape and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
