Roasted Salmon with Balsamic Honey Glaze (Arizona)
Look no further - you’ve just found the first, last and only way you’ll ever want to fix salmon again. The sweet and tangy flavours blend beautifully in this easy recipe.
Balsamic Honey Glaze:
½ cup balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. white wine or chicken broth
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. pure honey
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Salmon:
8 (6 oz) salmon fillets
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper, freshly cracked
1 Tbsp. fresh oregano, minced
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C/180°C fan, Gas Mark 6). Greased a 15x10x1” baking pan.
Balsamic Honey Glaze: Combine vinegar, wine, mustard, honey, garlic and oil in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until thickened.
Place salmon skin side down on a prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Spoon glaze over salmon; top with oregano.
Bake, uncovered for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
