Steamed Salmon with Fresh Herbs and Lemon

1 (4-oz) fillet wild salmon
sea salt
black pepper, freshly cracked
½ cup brown rice, cooked

For garnish:
lemon zest
dill, freshly chopped
parsley, freshly chopped
chives, freshly chopped

Season salmon with salt and pepper. Steam until just cooked through, 7-8 minutes.

Serve with rice. Sprinkle with herbs and lemon zest.

Makes 1 serving.
